A single, high-impact 1-hour introductory session, for you to experience our working together, or a 3-hour deep dive session, bring clarity, confidence and direction to a pressing challenge or opportunity.
We go deep into what’s really happening for you - exploring personal, structural and strategical dimensions - investigating and testing ideas and solutions, and mapping the immediate next steps to create resolution and momentum.​

Those who choose this option often journey onto a longer-term programme with us, but there is no obligation to do so. Our clients find that these stand alone sessions are powerfully transformative on their own.
